"SEE ICT Monitoring Review" - The online Service

The “SEE ICT Monitoring Review” is an on-line service designed to reflect the developments that shape the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Sector in South Eastern Europe. The service monitors 10 countries in the region including Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, FYROM, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and Turkey.

The first element of the on-line Service, the “SEE ICT Monitoring Review” – Country Profiles is an on-line presentation of the “SEE ICT Monitoring Review” - The Publication, which provides a detailed overview of ICT sector developments in the Countries of South-East Europe (SEE) by presenting the most updated information and statistical data for the last few years. The series comprises 10 country profiles focused on Albania, Bosnia - Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, FYROM, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and Turkey.

This new reporting tool, the second element of the service, enables quick access to all ICT indicators available through the “SEE ICT Monitoring Review” - The on-line Service. The Indicators' Database feature allows quick and easy filtering through the large catalog of indicators monitored by the service, giving the user value-added flexibility in data selection and output display in easily handled reports.

The complex data-mining techniques are hidden behind a straightforward wizard that funnels the user to the desired data. Adding to the efficiency of this tool, all output reports can be easily exported to a multitude of formats such as Excel, Word, PDF and more, to be used for additional processing or charting.

The News Service provides business, political and economic information related to the 10 South-Eastern European countries monitored by the “SEE ICT Monitoring Review”. The service is updated with news, analyses, comments, information research, and related documents on a daily basis. This element aspires to showcase that business opportunities are in abundance in the region, supporting SEE countries’ gradual integration into the EU.

| 1. Two options: the entire Publication comprising 10 country profile issues, |
| or selection of individual country profile issues. |
| 2. All issues of this Publication will be delivered in CD, illustrated printed version and downloadable pdf format through the INA web site. |
