Digital Awareness & Response to Threats - DART

ITU / EETT / INA ACADEMY Workshop

INA Academy has successfully completed the training workshop on “Infrastructure Sharing Potentia l- Consideration of Separation Models”.
The workshop has been developed as part of the Regulatory issues Programme, within the ITU Centres of Excellence Network initiative for Europe, and it has been hosted by EEET in Athens, Greece, during the period 10-12th June 2009. The workshop has been very successful, with participants representing Policy Makers, Regulators, operators and vendors from more than 10 countries around the world.

eCommunications Sector Capacity Building Program

INA Academy has successfully completed the “eCommunications Sector Capacity Building Program”, that has been co-funded by the Hellenic Aid.
The purpose of the workshop has been to provide valuable and hands-on assistance to Telecommunication Policy Makers and Regulators in the Western Balkans region, in an attempt to harmonize their national regulatory environment to European best-practices. Program’s impact has been remarkably high, as further indicated by the very positive feedback received by all project partners and participants.

Center for eGovernance Program at Southeast Europe

INA Academy has successfully completed the “Centre for e-Governance Program @ SEEurope”, that has been co-funded by the Hellenic Aid.
In the context of this program, INA Academy has developed a series of studies and material related to electronic Government in the SEE region.

"SEE ICT Monitoring Review" - The online Service
The “SEE ICT Monitoring Review” is an on-line service designed to reflect the developments that shape the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Sector in South Eastern Europe. The service monitors 10 countries in the region including Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedoia, Moldova, Montenegro, Romania, Serbia and Turkey.
The on-line service consists of the following 3 elements:
 
 COUNTRY PROFILES
 
 
A presentation of 10 ICT country profiles that contain detailed analysis and up-to date data on the country’s Economic, Political and Regulatory Environment, information on its Competitive ICT Environment, telecom statistics based on Fixed, Mobile and Internet Market indicators, and profiles of Key Market Players.
 INDICATORS' DATABASE
   
The Indicator’s Database feature allows quick and easy filtering through the large catalog of indicators monitored by the service, giving the user value-added flexibility in data selection and output display through easily handled reports.
 NEWS SERVICE
   
The News Service provides business, political and economical information related to the 10 South-Eastern European countries monitored by the “SEE ICT Monitoring Review”. News, analyses, comments, research information, and related documents are posted on a daily basis.
